This is the 3rd or 4th of these Parrot Spinners we've bought. Colors are bright and bright. Material is sturdy and holds up to our summer sun very well. On this one, the tail "feathers" did not all click in all the way and during an unexpected storm, 2 of them blew away. I contacted the seller who responded immediately and asked that I contact Amazon, which I did. Customer service was outstanding and we were delivered a whole new parrot spinner in a couple of days.
